Again my family summer vacation in this hotel in month June. 10 years in a row🙂. Nice hotel, very beautiful and huge yard with olives trees, kind and helpful staff,they always upgrade our reservation to a higher level. Comfortable rooms, daily cleaning and changing of room towels, beach towels, animation for children,clean sea,swiming pool and poll bar with excellant service. I used to stay in a family suite on ground floor with yard and see view. Perfect choice for a family with 2 separate rooms and toilets. We will come again 🙂!! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were old, dirty, and full of ants. The furniture was outdated and in very poor condition. The bathroom was also dirty and unpleasant. The beach was not maintained at all. It was full of rocks, wood, and debris, making it uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with children. The hotel staff were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they acted arrogantly and showed no interest in solving problems. To make things even worse, the mini market was closed, despite being advertised as available. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, and we would definitely not recommend it to anyone. We regret choosing this hotel and will never return.
