I had a great experience at Hilton Hurghada Plaza. The gym is very clean, well maintained, and equipped with modern machines. They also have a professional trainer who is very helpful and makes the workout experience even better. The hotel in general offers very good service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The swimming pools are also excellent, very clean, and well equipped to a high standard. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities and a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Overall nice hotel, nice rooms, 5 star luxury Hilton it is not! Great entertainment Private beach lovely, and very good pools. Most staff friendly, but staff constantly trying to sell activities or spa is annoying..not taking no thank you as an answer. Very polite and attentive until you don't give tip. One member of staff asked me for a cappuccino and asked me to take it to his office 😓 told me staff don't get drinks and he would like a drink. Marine lovely, but needs a clean, sadly rubbish in the water. Turkish restaurant disappointing, bland, basically same food as you can get from main buffet...don't bother. Our room was nice, but the shower kept flooding the whole room! Told receptionist three times but no action until I spoke with a lady on guest relations who helped us move to another room which was stresssful. Cleaners do a great job, again they linger for a tip! Food good but repetitive, most night we sore chefs arguing which made us feel uncomfortable. Nice shish shop on beach, really nice vibe! Overall was nice but I wouldn't return.
