We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for their honesty and outstanding service. I accidentally left one of my dresses in the room, and they kindly arranged to send it back to me. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here for years, it’s a perfect base to be just a short walking distance, tube or bus ride from all the action of the West End, Trafalgar Square and from Camden. The staff are there to greet you with a warm smile and help if it’s needed. Breakfast at the hotel has a fair selection to set you up for the day and we have to say when we stayed there last Claudia and the team were so accommodating because of my mums mobility issues they made sure she was able to be sat in a place that was easiest for her. Can’t fault the support.

firstly the room have 1 bed but a guy from recepcion whose name was ionut change to a double bed room. he was very helful and eficient
