Honestly had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. I came to stay with my daughter for her 16th birthday and had messaged the hotel beforehand with a little comment saying so. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help. From check-in to departure, they made us feel welcome and valued. The receptionist Kaoothar was THE friendliest and kindest person ever, she was someone who instantly made you feel comfortable and like she was a friend, she gave excellent customer service and we are so very grateful for everything thank you! When we got to our room they had done the most stunning to towel arrange and the cutest birthday balloon, my daughter was over the moon. We’d not long been in our room when Ramanan knocked on with a beautiful complementary bottle of wine. He was very friendly and professional and delivered a lovely service so thank you again. We had a great stay but what definitely stood out most was the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my daughter had a lovely birthday. Their kindness, attention to detail, and positive attitude made our stay memorable. Thank you so much to the whole team for such excellent hospitality and playing a role in making a fantastic birthday trip!

It was a really nice stay here, the hotel location is perfect to discover the city, especially if you are here for the first time. The room is very clean and comfortable. Also the staff here is so nice, especially Matt (picture), from the beginning of our stay he was always really nice and helpfull, he gave us a lot of advice and is a very sweet and funny person. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit London and wants to have an amazing trip.

Location was great, but overall in room experience was poor. Very, very hot in the room, with no ceiling fan or portable fan provided. Could barely open the window to get some air movement happening. So sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. It was cooler outside & the hallway was cooler in comparison to the room temperate. Being London there is no A/C in most hotels, but to not at least have a fan of some sort is very poor. Bathroom update is overdue. The basin had a separate spout for hot & cold water, so you either washed your hands with scolding hot water or very cold water. No ability to mix the hot & cold water together. Never see anything like that before. Not that any of us watch much TV, but only SD quality/channels showed on the TV. No HD quality. Hotel room was clean but overall quite outdated. Room didn't look like any of the photos listed on the hotels website. Can't recommend this hotel.
