Stayed first two weeks in June. Lovely hotel. Nice pools. Animation team outstanding. Food can be hit and miss 9/10

Third time at this hotel (first time coming All inclusive) and booking for the fourth time when we get home. Last night tonight and we are gutted to be leaving. Once again no complaints, staff have been especially on the ball this year. Fabians entertainment in the evening is always a laugh and the waiters/waitresses have been exceptional this year especially Rafa and we think her name was Ciara? Juanjo on reception was incredibly helpful and patient with helping our big party check in, and the cleaners are all so lovely an polite. This is the main hotel I ever recommend to anyone who is looking to travel abroad from the UK. Food is good, location is great, but it's the staff that really make the hotel.

just got back yesterday lovely family hotel got there late evening warm welcome by man on reception told us to go straight into dinner so we didn;t miss it rooms all clean and comfy ,we emailed hotel before hand ask for room near lift and pool view and was given one as we both can;t walk far meals breakfast lunch evening snack bar are all excellent plenty of choice entertaintment evening was good and day time activities we didn't join in but plenty to do all staff was friendly and helpful from cleaners upwards and maintance everyone hotel was clean and well kept special mention to Daniellea in restaurant and Raquel in the adult pool bar she was lovely and friendly { bar staff {men } could smile a bit more and they kept you waiting to be serve only complaint } not a bad word to write about the hotel we will return perhaps see you nextyear
