We vacationed with my husband in September of this year and were left with an incredible impression of the trip! We chose the hotel for a long time and settled on Pickalbatros Palace Resort in Hurghada. From the very first day, we were surrounded by care and attention. The hotel grounds are simply huge, well-kept and lush with greenery, and the architecture and design create the atmosphere of a real oriental palace. The room fund pleasantly surprised us: the room was spacious, with modern renovations, a comfortable large bed, and impeccable cleanliness. Cleaning was done regularly and thoroughly. The hotel staff is incredibly polite, smiling, and always ready to help, which makes the service truly European and comfortable. Food is a separate topic for delight. In the main restaurants and on the territory, there is such a wide selection of dishes that your eyes are dazzled: always fresh seafood, grilled meat, a huge assortment of fruits, and amazing desserts. The beach was clean, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, and the sea in September was just like milk. The hotel is perfect for both families with children and couples looking for a romantic and quiet getaway. Of course, we didn't want to stay only on the territory, so we decided to go on excursions. I want to warn and advise: under no circumstances should you take tours from hotel guides, as their prices are greatly inflated. We used the services of the local company Grand utopia travel, which is very easy to find by name on the internet. They have a colossal selection of tours and much more pleasant, democratic prices. I especially want to recommend their individual program in Cairo. It was something amazing! Organization at the highest level: the guide worked exclusively for us, we didn't have to share attention with anyone, and most importantly, he spoke Russian excellently, without an accent, and told very interesting stories about the history of Egypt. We were picked up in a comfortable 2026 minivan with air conditioning and soft seats. The journey passed unnoticed and with maximum comfort, thanks to which we saved a lot of time on the road and did not get tired. In general, we only have the best memories from both the Pickalbatros Palace Resort and the trips with Grand Utopia Travel. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to friends!

We stayed 11 days at Pickalbatros Palace resort. The service and staff are incredibly good. They are friendly and work hard and stay with a smile. They do everything to give you a nice vacation. Your room is cleaned every day and clean towels every day. They have a towel service, so you don't need a beach towel or a towel for the pool. You could pick this up and return it at the end of the day. We found the food to be somewhat minimal, there was variety but you have to like it in terms of choice. Unfortunately, we had some days of stomach problems, but maybe also because we are not used to Egyptian cuisine. We missed more choice of desserts in the evening after dinner, such as ice cream or something like that. They do have a pastry & bakery, but this was it too. Big 10 for the entertainment team, who appear every day with a big smile. Every evening there was something to do or see. And during the day there were also enough opportunities to do something with them. You are also regularly 'disturbed' at the resort or you want to go on an excursion or buy things. (TIP: take the red flags off your paracol at the towel service, then they won't bother you anymore) We had a nice vacation at Pickalbatros Palace Resort.
