After reading some of the negative reviews before travelling, we decided to give the hotel a chance as we thought it couldn’t possibly be as bad as some people were saying. Unfortunately, many of the concerns raised in those reviews turned out to be accurate. Cats were constantly around the breakfast area, which wasn’t very hygienic. Towels were only changed every three days, and the bed wasn’t changed at all during our stay. Don’t even bother asking for clean towels in between, as the answer was simply “no”. Doors were constantly banging throughout the night, with groups of young lads partying and making noise into the early hours, making it difficult to get any sleep. On the positive side, our room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. However, the shower was extremely small and would be difficult for anyone of a larger build to use comfortably. I’m 5ft 10in and around 13 stone, and I struggled to shower properly. The shower head only came up to the bottom of my chin, making it quite awkward to use. Overall, while there were a few positives, the issues with cleanliness standards, noise, and facilities meant the stay did not meet our expectations.

Amazing time at Tivoli hotel - Chris the boss you will remember me Jackie Jones - honestly I cannot fault this place Come with your heart open - literally it's more than what you pay for - my room was clean, the beds are lovely, my room was freshly painted and the staff are just lovely 😍 will be returning
