The hotel is good, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the pools are very clean, the beach is beautiful, and Captain Mahmoud Adel, Mohamed Adel, and Juninho are the best lifeguards in Egypt—spontaneous, smiling, and very attentive to the children.

I'm vacationing at this hotel for the second time. Very friendly and personable staff, delicious food (even better this year than last, although how could it be better). Beautiful large territory, a very beautiful reef, and many fish. I have my own diving center, so I went scuba diving this year and didn't regret it! I really liked the fire and fakir show, the pool party, and the evening disco in the pool from the animation. I would like more daytime activities, but that's a matter of taste. Special thanks for the service, I would like to say to the reception staff - they accommodated all my wishes; To the bartenders Mustafa and Rami - wonderful guys, fun, sociable, and they make very delicious drinks!! To the senior waiter Ayman - such a attentive, warm-hearted, and caring person! To the animators Roshdi, Moazu, Mickey, and Mustafa - creative and fun guys, they just made my vacation!! I would like to single out Mickey separately—he is so cool!!! Lifeguard Bassem is very attentive and friendly, he taught me how to swim correctly with a mask and showed me a beautiful reef!! The bartenders on the beach - Mohamed, Sami, and Ibrahim - are great guys, thanks for the service!!! I definitely recommend the hotel

This was one of the most memorable holidays of my life! Delicious food, excellent service, and I’d like to specially mention the animation team — they were very vibrant and cheerful people who filled our holiday with various programmes; without them, the holiday wouldn’t have been so wonderful!
