Amazing Aqua park staff!!!!! Going to be honest.. the hotel is massive and for the first few days me, my partner and 2 children stayed at the top end of the resort, it was rubbish and wanted to book the first flight home. Rude staff and rubbish service. However, on the 3rd day we decided to move down to the Aqua park and reserved sunbeds facing the wave pool. OMG it was like a different holiday down there, staff were amazing, especially Mahmood. I didn't have to move all holiday as he was so attentive. The manager of the lifeguards was also unbelievable, couldn’t do enough for us and so friendly. Of it wasn’t for these guys our holiday would have been a one start not a five, they made our holiday unforgettable. We will be forever grateful. The resort is good, clean and food was good, service is important as well, from our experience the bottom end near the beach /aqua park/staff are far better on the whole.

Everything is great, the hotel is big, the staff is polite

We are here, excellent varied food, magnificent pools, the weather is nice and hot, very good time, free lounge chairs, towels every day, very few French people, a shame. The friendly staff who know how to provide information very well. On-site, as an option, we were able to pay €165 (11 nights) to be in a room with direct access to the pool. The slight downside: music too loud and only for the Germans.
