I stayed at the hotel for a whole week, seven days in total, and I was very happy with my experience! I really enjoyed everything — the atmosphere, the service, the overall vibe, and especially the entertainment. The animation team was absolutely amazing! 🔥 Every day there were competitions, activities, music and lots of fun, so there was definitely no time to get bored. I especially want to mention Selim — he is the absolute king of the hotel! 👑 This guy is simply incredible. He knows exactly how to get everyone involved, creates an amazing atmosphere and brings so much energy to everyone around him. Thanks to people like him, the holiday becomes truly unforgettable. I didn’t regret choosing this hotel for a single day. A huge thank you to the whole team for such a great holiday! I would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

To be honest from reading previous reviews I was wondering what we was in for. However not has bad as reviews prementioned. Food: breakfast mainly offered for European or other - not English. However you could have a DIY boiled egg and pancakes. Snacks:.really nice burgers, chips pizza for most of day.Evening: there is a side section that has a good selection of rotisserie chicken or freshly filled wraps. However, the other choices in the main dining area was questionable. The bedrooms were clean and I belive we had the more recent update however still dated and the shower definitely needs looking at the floor was soaked and the pressure stung some family members. The Hotel I guess has the bedroom space for the guests However unable to cater for the outdoor living - sunbeds crammed together in rows and guests even put their towels out even before bedtime - totally crowded and pool not equipped for the amount of guests Dining room utter chaos: no one managing the entry and it was a free for all no tables free or if you were lucky you would find one, although full of previous occupants plates, wasted food - staff unable to keep up with clearing and setting tables. The staff especially bar staff worked hard often working morning to night.

This is my honest opinion on the hotel I’m from Manchester the room was out dated but clean the staff are not so polite the men towards women are inappropriate the food is absolutely shocking the pool there’s no room even tho there is lots of beds people put there towels on and leave them over night so selfish we had men trying to sit with us and staff are inappropriate and unprofessional please do not stay here if you are English not worth the price
