Do not stay at this hotel. We were promised a free drink on hotel,from the manager.went to get free drink at bar ,bartender and waitress basically called us liars and treated us us like trash, .all do the pool bartender ignoring us and not serving us one drink. The staff at this hotel are rude, nasty people. There are so many other nice hotels to stay at besides this self proclaimed 4 star hotel. 4 stars my ass. Cone here for rude nasty people. Horrible place. management that lies, awefull place.

The staff went above and beyond, cant fault them at all. However the rooms are definitely not 4* i would say 3 at a push. The therapist lady Cheryl is brilliant

Staff on main reception, very rude and unhelpful. The older lady with short grey hair was very rude and so unhelpful. The pool staff, bar staff and cleaners were all absolutely amazing, hard working and polite. The hotel rent out the pools and areas to local people for parties so facilities we had paid to use were mostly unavailable for our use. Would NEVER go back to this hotel.
