Absolutely amazing experience, very attentive staff all around with great attention to detail, Raafat specifically always made sure we had drinks in hand or aware of where the food is. The buffet has wide selection but also with multiple a la carte restaurants bookings included with visit you are spoiled for choice of types of food you can enjoy and all we tried were delicious. The weather was perfect also with the location being beach side the hot weather doesn't melt you as you have the nice sea breeze to cool you down by the pool. Excursions available within hotel to save you seeking elsewhere, nice spa with reasonable priced massages. Everybody in the hotel was extremely accommodating with a very relaxed feeling all around ensuring your stay is as best as it can be. I cannot fault any of the staff always trying their best to ensure you are happy. Would be more than happy coming again maybe trying Charmillion Club Aqua or Garden Aqua as from wondering around we enjoyed the waterpark free of charge also. Amazing experience overall great staff friendly atmosphere and no major complaints at all.
