Hurghada, Mercury Hotel. Great vacation, beach, animation, everything is super

Good quality hotel, very quiet with 3 beautiful pools and a private, very clean beach. However, how can they claim to be French-speaking when no one except the bellhop and the shopkeepers speaks French, especially not the reception staff (fortunately we did not need their service during our stay). The restaurant has fresh food, but no information about the appetizers; you don't know what is being offered, especially regarding the sauces. I regret paying so much to drink water at the table from cardboard cups. The restaurant staff and those met in the hallways are very friendly, but the bar servers serve you without a word, are haughty, and prepare your drinks in a casual manner. We did, however, have a good stay. Good hotel, but avoid it if you do not speak English or Russian.
