We had a very good stay at the Long Beach Resort and we have a very good impression of it 😊 Upon our arrival, our first room was unfortunately located near construction and entertainment, so it was quite noisy, with a strong smell of paint. The beds were also separated and the terrace was a bit overlooked. We contacted the front desk to request a room change. At first, we were told that we would have to wait until the next day, but after a second call, someone quickly came to help us and we were finally able to change rooms right away. We therefore appreciated their responsiveness. We were then settled in the Premium area, to which we had access with our black wristband, and we really enjoyed this part of the hotel. The room was very pretty, modern, clean, very quiet, not overlooked, and with a small view of the sea and the premium area. It was really much more pleasant. A big thank you to Abdallah Mohamed, who took care of our room. He was adorable, very smiley, and did his job perfectly. The room was always very clean. He also made very pretty decorations with the towels; it was a small gesture that was really appreciated ❤️ The Premium pool and its bar are also very pleasant. The atmosphere there is calm and relaxing, which we liked a lot. The lifeguard in the Premium area was also adorable, always smiley and helpful. The pizzas, burgers, waffles, and ice cream were very good. We sometimes had the impression that the service at the pool could be a little different depending on the guests, but that did not prevent our stay from being very pleasant. Regarding dining, we found the food quite decent and we enjoyed the different restaurants. The adults-only buffet is also a very good idea and allows for eating in a calmer atmosphere. Regarding cleanliness, nothing to complain about: the hotel and the rooms were very well maintained. The shuttles are sometimes a bit long to get, but the drivers we had were very friendly. A small situation surprised us a bit, however, during the assignment of our first room, when a driver stayed in the room while waiting for a tip. That seemed a bit awkward to us, but it is really just a detail in the overall stay. We also appreciated the presence of the medical office, very convenient, with a really kind and friendly doctor. We really enjoyed our stay at the Long Beach. The hotel is pleasant, clean, with beautiful pools and good infrastructure. The staff is overall very kind and the atmosphere is friendly. The Premium area was a real plus for us, especially for the quietness and the quality of the room

It's a 4 star resort but it looks a 5 star. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The hotel was very clean and agreable. The sea it's a generall problem in every hotel at hurghada, at least this one has 2 lagoon type of thing, and you can wash yourself till your neck without having to walk, i don't know how far away, into the sea when it's low tide.
