Pro's Grounds - Beautiful. The whole complex was manicured and so relaxing. Loved the peacocks and birds. Rooms - Large and airy. Slightly old fashioned but absolutely fine. Staff - All very cheerful and helpful. Big shout out to Hasssim at the adults pool bar for my daily football chat fix. On our leaving day we were given a room to change in and were still able to use the bars and restaurant. Food and drink - Excellent. Plenty of choice and all fresh and delicious. Wine was free flowing. Bottles were left in ice buckets and help yourself. Beer also on tap. Shuttle bus- Large air conditioned coach. Ran on time and dropped off about 10-15 minutes walk to the main square. Cons Surrounding area was a bit barren but that was expected. Bathroom needed to be refurbished but was spotlessly clean.

Went here on a girls 4 day trip in October Hotel was lovely Food was amazing - something for everyone The Moroccan dishes were amazing! There are two pools one where all the entertainment was and one zen pool - this is where we spent most our time The ground were glorious and you were able to walk round the lake, tennis courts and activity area Not much £ in a taxi to Marrakesh however the hotel does put on a free shuttle bus also which we took there and then taxi back Be aware they drive like they are in GTA so be prepared! Marrakesh itself is a wonderful vibrant place that I have been before Tip! If you are thinking of using the spa book early We had a night flight home but they allowed each room 1/2 hour in a courtesy room to get showered and changed Would I return - absolutely

An incredible stay for the third time in this magnificent hotel for a sports training camp. There is nothing to complain about. The welcome from Bouchra, the kindness and professionalism of Mohamed at the front desk, the efficiency and kindness of Karim in the restaurant, as well as the entire entertainment team, especially Emmy. The setting is sumptuous, the food excellent, all of this on a human scale. We will return, that is certain.
