We had a fantastic stay here, with a variety of food and restaurant options. Plus there were plenty of activities to choose from including Halloween-themed events. The check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient. It was even more so because I received an email with a link to complete it before I even arrived, saving me a lot of time. It’s evident that the staff are dedicated, passionate and always willing to lend a hand. Whether you have a problem or a question, they’re all eager to assist. Receptionists Kate and Shaira stood out for their incredible help and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Edgar Jonny and Larry from the entertainment team were always eager to involve you. They were friendly polite and always greeted you with a smile. They enjoyed having a laugh and a chat and we particularly enjoyed the lazy game. It added a bit of fun to the day without taking much effort. I can’t recall the names of our cleaners, but they were fantastic. They made us towel animals, were polite and worked hard to get the job done. The bar staff, especially Samba I believe is his name, always had a smile on their face. He greeted us with a warm “good morning” or “good evening” and asked how we were enjoying our holiday. Despite working long hours, he always maintained a positive attitude. The only minor downside was the pool being far too cold for swimming. This is understandable given the time of year and weather conditions but there’s an indoor pool available for those who prefer it. The pool bar and Kosy bar often had long queues which can be frustrating but they worked quickly and efficiently to reduce them.

We are a family of 5 2 adults and 3 kids (9 year old, 5 year old and 2 year old). We had an amazing stay for October half term 2026. We loved the location and were able to do lots of excursions. We did an open bus tour and stopped off at Valetta, we walked to the aquarium, we went to the beautiful family friendly beach Mehlia, we went on the ferry to Gozo and visited the capital city and we went to Salina National Park. The atmosphere was amazing and staff bent over backwards for us all! Nothing was too much trouble! Our favourite staff member was Akash who greeted us everyday and made our stay so lovely with special treats bought to the kids each morning (yummy cakes)! We stayed in the Family Duplex room which was lovely and spacious with an upstairs and downstairs! We could not fault how clean the room was and the cleaners came every day to change our towels, bedding and freshen up our room! The cleaners were so friendly and lovely! We would recommended this hotel to family’s. We loved the animation team especially the aqua aerobics and aqua Zumba! Our girls loved the mini disco! The thing we all particularly enjoyed were the restaurants our favourite being the Asian which was just like an all you can eat Chinese at home… we managed to book tables for each restaurant easily and quickly with the Reception staff! The pools were lovely and clean and we always got sun beds! The pools were very cold but the indoor pool was a lovely alternative with a lovely spa bit too. The only thing we would all say was that the queues were very long to get a drink and we all felt there needed to be more bar staff! There were however a wide range of drinks from coffees, alcohol, slushies! If you visit the one thing we would say to do is have the afternoon tea at 3pm absolutely delish! Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing for not just us but also for my mum and her partner (60th birthday) and my auntie (severe allergies). We all were accommodated for and had the best family holiday.
