We have just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay, and we honestly cannot fault it! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Every single member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible holiday. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely cannot do enough for you. A special mention to our pool bar staff, who were absolutely fantastic! They were constantly checking whether we needed another drink, always smiling and making sure we were looked after. Their hard work and friendliness really made our holiday extra special. ❤️🍹 The animation team also deserve a huge shout-out! They were brilliant, bringing so much energy, fun and entertainment throughout our stay. There was always something going on, and they really helped create such a fantastic atmosphere. From the fruit festival pool party to all the other activities and entertainment, there was never a dull moment! One of the biggest highlights of our holiday was the Sunrise Nights and Sunrise Festival. What an experience! The Sunrise Festival was absolutely incredible, with amazing entertainment, an unreal atmosphere and so much going on. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. The Sunrise Nights were equally as enjoyable and added something really special to our evenings. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice, and the entire hotel was absolutely spotless. Everywhere was kept so clean and tidy, from the rooms to the pool areas and communal spaces. You can really see how much effort goes into maintaining the resort. Everything came together to make this such a memorable holiday. The fantastic staff, brilliant entertainment, delicious food and immaculate surroundings made our stay so enjoyable. We genuinely cannot recommend TUI Blue Crystal Bay enough. We would absolutely return without hesitation! Thank you to the whole team at Crystal Bay for making our holiday so special. You are all a credit to the hotel, and we cannot wait to come back! ❤️🌴☀️

Amazing holiday. Posh club excellent. A big thank you to Hajer,Ahmed Hamdy, Mahmoud Sated (Dinky), Walid Elkream, Mostafa Arafa, Mohamed Elhameed and Mihamed Hassan first their loyal service. Plus all the other staff at Crystal Bay. Food in all the other restaurants good. Lots of it. We never went hungry. Hotel is well maintained. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay! From start to finish, everything was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice every day and something to suit everyone. The quality was excellent, and we especially enjoyed trying the different dishes throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to the animation team — they were brilliant! They were so friendly, energetic and welcoming, and really helped create such a fun atmosphere around the resort. There was always something going on, whether it was activities during the day or entertainment in the evening, but the team were never pushy and made everyone feel included. The whole resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We had such a memorable holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended
