Our 2nd visit here. Perfect location. Literally minutes to the beach and the marina. Clean.Gardens beautiful.Halloween theme better than last year.Lovely big rooms and comfy beds. Friendly helpful staff. Incredible food. Always plenty of sunbeds available. Plenty of things to do and visit in surrounding area. Definitely recommend the cable cars and wild bird show. Will definitely be going again. Thank you

The hotel is in a good location but that's all. We arrived early about 11am due to the flight, but couldn't check in until 3pm. So we had a long wait sat around the pool in too hot clothing. When we eventually got to the room, it was clean but basic. It was on the side of the hotel facing the place where they keep the bins and the entrance for all the hotels deliveries. So we were treated to the comings and goings of all the noisy trollies day and night. No real view to speak of, just the residential buildings surrounding the hotel. The room was clean but storage space was at a minimum. Hardly any coat hangers and no drawers whatsoever, so all the clothes that we couldn't hang up ended up on the floor of the wardrobe! The shower was excellent though, loads of hot water and the pressure was amazing. Tea and coffee was provided but it was absolutely awful especially the tea. Word of warning, if you like a proper cup of tea bring your own teabags. Small fridge in the room. There was air conditioning in the room but no instructions of how to operate this at all, so we gave up and left the door open at night, which due to the pools surrounding the hotel resulted in loads of mosquitos coming into the room at night. I had to visit the local chemist as I was constantly getting bitten for creams and sprays. The restaurant is another experience I don't want to try again. Unless you are there at 6am in the morning when its quiet, its like a school canteen. On one particular day, we had decided to have a lie in, we were on holiday after all, so went down to breakfast later than usual, and as we were a couple we couldn't find a table for two people as it was so busy we sat at a table for four. After getting our food and drinks we were quietly eating our meal, when a waitress came over barking "Two peoples! Are you two peoples"? She could obviously see that we were, "I need this table for four peoples!! she barked again. We tried to explain due to the restaurant being busy there wasn't anywhere else to sit, but she wasn't having it. She roughly pulled the table joining ours apart still shouting. What did she expect us to do, pick up our plates, bowls, cups and saucers etc and wander around the restaurant looking for a table for two? Its was ridiculous. On all the holidays I have been on I have never been shouted at the was she shouted at us in the restaurant in front of other guests! We were paying customers! It was downright rude. We made a complaint but doubt anything will be done about it. So far as to say, we avoided the restaurant for the rest of our holiday and ate out. Much better hotels to try in my opinion, and we would never return.

Hotel 10/10, the service a wonder, the food excellent, rooms very comfortable, and highlight the treatment from Manuel Mérida who has been very attentive and helpful with us.
