We have just returned from our 2nd home at Coral Sea Waterworld in Sharm El Sheikh and once again I cannot fault this hotel I would advise anyone to ignore all the negative comments that you see plastered on social media come and see for yourself and make your own mind up also big thank you to Mr Mohamed Anni for his very professional and personal input to make our holiday the best
I have been holding off review due to our complaint being dealt with by TUI. However, I have just seen another case in September of confirmed Salmonella which has prompted me to share our experience since Tui or hotel are not taking accountability for poor standards. My 10 year old daughter became unwell during the end of holiday with diorreha which became worse on our travel home. A&E visit on the day of our return confirmed salmonella and Ecoli. Tui are rejecting the hotel being the source because the hotel a lot of us leaving the hotel and records of fridge temps (ridiculous). Despite us not eating outside hotel. I can’t bring myself to comment on other aspects of holiday other than hotel grounds well maintained and staff around pool couldn’t do enough for you.
Was absolutely amazing Food was great the room was also great honestly had the best time ever And the anamation team was amazing especially lilly she was so helpful and friendly and very good to us Would definitely come back
