The hotel is super easy to get to from Heathrow. The Elizabeth line drops you off a 5 minute walk away. The location has fantastic restaurants, theaters, pubs, shops, everything you need for a fun stay. The staff were always helpful, especially Atif! The room was super clean, simple but modern. I had an Urban Double on the 1st floor. At first I wanted a room on a higher floor but my friend had a room on the 9th floor and he said that the elevators are sometimes very busy, so I feel like I lucked out. The soaps in the bathroom a smelled nice and unlike some other reviews here, which now seem bizarre to me, everytime I asked for towels, they were brought right out. I asked for room to be cleaned and it was cleaned. I would most definitely stay here again!

We booked online and were not sure what to expect. We are from the US and have different accommodation standards. That being said we were very pleased with our stay. The location was excellent. We travelled all around the city and had no issues getting around. It was very warm and there was no AC but that was expected and we tolerated it. At home we drive everywhere and everything is air conditioned. We were greeting warmly upon our arrival and all staff interactions were very friendly. We would stay there again if we ever make it back to London.

Absolute shambles. CRITERION CAPITAL (investment firm) bought this hotel in Jan 26. They have allowed it to turn into FAWLTY TOWER ON STEROIDS !!!!! I have been trying for 72hrs straight to call them (Reception, Reservations and General Enquiries) ……. nothing but crappy “All agents are busy”music !! I contacted Criterion but they failed to respond too. If the site is earmarked for redevelopment please stop treating guests like SCUM, SIMPLY CLOSE the hotel !!! (AI response from hotel on its way)
