Very nice staff room and hotel very clean always, pool is well maintained however sun loungers some are crack and need replacing. All inclusive food was lovely good selection however people with young kids might struggle.

3rd time staying at the Inter2. First two times were great. It’s 2 stars so you get what you pay for. After this time I don’t think I would return to the Inter2. The rooms were very unclean, paint was peeling, smell of sewage. I think cleanliness should be a basic no matter what star a hotel is. We had to move room 3 times due to personal reasons that weren’t catered for despite contacting beforehand. This was rectified straight away but then had to move again due to the complete uncleanliness of the room. I did find one young girl on reception to be quite rude but the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it quite noisy at night time. You could hear every person pass your door while you tried to sleep but something easy got over. The entertainment team are great as they always have been and there is entertainment day and night. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of everything. We decided not to go all inclusive this time and went self catering, and we found it much better as the food wasn’t great last year.

The entertainment from Max and Leo really saved this from being a 1 star review. They were fantastic and really kept the energy up all week. The hotel itself is basic, we had a room with 2 single beds and a pull out single trundle bed for 2 adults 1 child, walls paper thin I could hear the next room peeing!! We stayed for 7 nights and had our room cleaned with fresh towels twice, not expecting it everyday but clean towels 2 days out of 7 is ridiculous. The all inclusive is poor, food choices not good random and repeitive, the snack bar food was much better. We checked in after 10pm so didnt use any of the all inclusive that day but it ended 5pm on day of checkout, it should carry on until time of transfer pick up in my opinion. Pool doesnt open until 9.30am which is the hotels way of stopping bed hoarding by putting towels down at silly am, just means big queue that starts around 8.40am!! Pool first few days was great but then after that it was ice cold and has no lifeguards, witnessed a few near misses with kids almost drowning. The first day a pool attendent was telling ppl no floaties but after that it was a free for all with more ppl on floaties than space to move.
