My experience has been very bad. 8-day stay (August 22 to 30, 26). Escorpio 5A apartment. It is not like it is in the photos. Dirty room with stains on the floor from not having cleaned the apartment for several days. Stained sheets. We stayed in an apartment with a patio that looked like a desert. Long grass, and if you walked without flip-flops, you would get pricked. The planter was full of cigarette butts from who knows how long ago, a broken umbrella with rust in the other planters, dirty patio floor, the dining room chairs were dirty... anyway... What should have been a family vacation was not. The funniest thing of all is that we notified reception about all of this on the second day, and no one went to clean or talk to us; they just told us they would make a note of it. The day we left, we mentioned it again, and it was like talking to a wall. Not even a "sorry" or anything. I am still waiting for a response from the apartments regarding the complaints I have filed. I still haven't received a reply. It is not worth what you pay for it. I have photos of all this that I have sent to them.

Stay away. Place needs gutted . Stained furniture very basic kitchen equipment and an office that’s hardly opener certainly never answers your calls . No change of towels or sheets . Had to ask for toaster etc Bena Vista is lovely but rent from Diego at Dima Bena Vista . His apts are well maintained .

Location is great apart from that the place is old, outdated, super dirty, bedding is super old, pillows with stains, sofas super nasty, it feels like you are at homeless shelter. 0 value to what we paid, aside from its location the place has nothing to offer. Stay away from this place.
