We had a lovely stay here and staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we left. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space to unpack clothing etc. The fridge in the room was great, especially the ice box. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely. Plenty of choice and we enjoyed everything we ate. The bar in the evening did have long queues but the staff were amazing in trying to get everyone served quickly. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and there was plenty for everyone. Due to not having children with us we took advantage of the adult pool which had a much relaxing atmosphere. There are mosquitos there but there always are abroad. I didn't get bitten but my friend did. She bought repellent from a shop which stank but worked for her. The free bus to the beach was a great addition. The only negative I have is we had early checkout and it would have been nice to have some pastries to eat, not the cold food from the evening before. Otherwise is was a great place to stay in.

Avoid avoid avoid Not sure who has been giving this hovel of a hotel more than 1 star but omg, it's rank. Stay at home and go to Butlins.

Locatiom was ok, atmosphere was good, good pools and daytime and eveing entertainment. Room was spacious and clean we was on the first floor and had view of the stage and pool. Food not the best! Not much english choice and when we checked out early on the sunday breakfast was cold nuggets from day before, a bit of salad and cold meat!! Bar staff were lovely i found it to very expensive, bottle of water nearly €5. I wouldnt go to lagotel again unless they moved to benidorm!
