-Good location. -Apartment a decent size -No waiting for lifts but they are tiny. -Good pools but most shallow not many deep areas in any. Food is the worst I have ever had at a hotel the same offering every day- nothing for children. Always cold no matter the time and some reheated from day before. 1 microwave there so had to heat in there all mealtimes. Ended up eating out lots as e en the breakfast was dire. Staff are the most miserable that live seen at a resort except for reception staff who were helpful and smiley and 1 housekeeper who was helpful. The entertainment is dire for children and nothing for adults really. Bed bugs in room a few of us bitten only after sleeping in the beds gave it another night incase was caused from outside but after sleeping are bites. They moved rooms for us which was good but same again sleep in bed more nasty itchy bites. Tried to say was mosquitoes but this wasnt the case. Lloret itself is good and would return but not to this hotel. The staff here look so unhappy I feel sad for them. The entertainment I could cope woth as lots of places entertainment not fhe best -but the food and the bites wouldnt go through that again. A shame aa this hotel has so much potential with its location etc
