Last March 28, 2026 in the first hour I was in the hotel I was stolen by an employee and the hotel just called the police and fired the boy and nothing else did! They didn't take responsibility for the theft, knowing that I was without money, without papers and desperate, they didn't help us at all! I ordered the complaints book. They said they didn't! Asking for access to the surveillance chambers they said they couldn't. Knowing my despair and my mother's devalued the situation. And until the end of my stay (2 April) no one asked us if we needed anything. And looking in the comments I wasn't the only person who had someone who entered the room without permission. We got the trip completely spoiled and worse than that without the help of the hotel. I can not even make a complaint in the booking because I believe they have placed undue behavior on my part so neither an email to evaluate I received nor in the app I can evaluate! Just be careful not to happen the same to you, please!

Location was great away from the hustle, quiet area, train not far from hotel and all flat walk on the same street, room was great value for money, being out all day you just need somewhere to put your head down was really quiet area , cleanliness was not an issue perfectly acceptable, staff friendly, breakfast could be booked at extra cost, but there is a lovely bakery just opposite that had amazing food for breakfast to take away and have in your room. We would return to this hotel if going to paris again. Public transport easily navigated from here to central Paris
