Zanimljivost

Hotel absolutely spot on in a quiet location 15 minutes walk to beach. Room a little dated but clean . decent choice of food could be a little warmer but most all inclusive struggle with this. Pool was brilliant never a problem getting sun beds. Staff always polite and friendly. Looking forward to returning in the future
My wife and I have just had another fantastic, enjoyable holiday at the Hotel Beatriz Costa. Don't be put off by the few negative reviews, but trust those of the majority of reviewers. The Beatriz is a great hotel, with so many things going for it. And its improving. Owners and management appear to recognise that there are issues to address and are gradually dealing with them. From the lovely staff to the huge pools and extensive outside areas this is a very good hotel in many respects. And compared to other similar hotels in Costa Teguise it is good value for money. Go and try it for yourself - you won't be disappointed. We have never been so on any of our 20+ visits!
My best friend and I were so glad that we ignored the negative reviews for this hotel. Not only was it affordable for a 3 night stay all-inclusive, they also had so much to do to the point we contemplated going back for longer. They have a spa, a big pool, a jacuzzi, sport facilities, shops, entertainment stage, and so much more including a beach 15 minutes away but the hotel has a free bus towards the town which runs three times a day. But I'm going to say just now, that if you're someone looking for a disability inclusive location, this hotel might not be for you. Not because the staff won't be helpful with accommodating your needs, because they're lovely and I believe they would try their best but because of the location itself, if you don't take the free bus or a taxi to the town, the walk there will cause some difficulties even for wheelchair users because of the small pavements and the need to cross several roads, there are also inclines on your way back to hotel, so I recommend finding an alternative location if you think those things may affect you. My best friend and I opted for a superior room which was located on floor 5, the check in was quick and easy, all receptionists we asked questions to were all lovely too. The room impressed us, it had a tv, bathtub, hairdryer, a decent sized wardrobe and a stunning view. The bed however wasn't the comfiest but we still managed to sleep on it with no problem. It was a little noisy, I could hear anyone walking past our door and despite the piano being on the bottom floor it certainly echoed all the way into our room. The interior of the hotel made you feel as if you paid more than you did, it was lovely and clean, the exterior too, however, I think the sun loungers should be replaced since a lot of them don't really go back fully or don't even click in fully at all, my best friend were looking forward to laying down fully on them but the ones we got didn't let us. The restaurant was amazingly managed, there was a few times where we just stared at the workers in awe due to how fast and efficient they were but they also displayed so much kindness. When we arrived on our first night at about 8pm and quickly went for dinner, we realised we didn't have any water for the night and when we asked a lovely lady at the restaurant about any shops being potentially opened she said there wasn't any, however, she let us buy water from the restaurant. I did see another review talk about the pool bar and they were accurate about the waiting times being inconsistent but mostly long, I think the hotel should look into maybe getting a secondary and smaller pool bar on the opposite side which would help immensely with this problem. You also have to pay for a reusable cup which in some ways I understand but being all-inclusive and having to pay for a cup in order to get a drink was interesting to say the least. I seen the fellow reviewers and the hotel themselves say we get that money back, however we didn't, I don't mind because it wasn't much money, but thought it was worth noting. Also the pool was way too cold, we went in once and never again, it felt more like an ice plunge than a pool, however it was big and had shallow parts for children but also deeper parts for adults. The entertainment was amazing, they worked hard through out the day, both outside and inside to bring smiles to everyone's faces and they changed things up every day so they were not repetitive at all. Overall a good and affordable place for families and adults, I think my cons are mostly small and probably resolvable.
