The outdoor areas were one of our favorite parts of the stay. The gardens were full of colorful plants and trees, with little paths that made it nice to walk around. It created a calm atmosphere and made the whole place feel more relaxing.

From the moment my family and I arrived at RG Village Hotel in Crete, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. Our first impression of the hotel was made by Peny at reception, and she truly set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like. Peny welcomed us with the warmest smile, making us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we walked through the doors. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the check-in process. Rather than rushing through the formalities, she took the time to explain everything in detail, including the hotel's facilities, the locations of the swimming pools, bars, restaurants, relaxation areas, and even the quieter and busier times around the hotel so we could make the most of our stay. Her knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. Peny also arranged for Jaspreet, the porter, to help us with our luggage. His service was equally impressive. As the hotel is built on a hillside, he drove us and our luggage to our room in a golf buggy, which was incredibly convenient after travelling. On the way, he gave our family a guided tour of the resort, pointing out all the key locations and facilities. It was a thoughtful touch that helped us settle in straight away and made navigating the resort much easier. What really made our holiday memorable, however, was Peny herself. Every single day she greeted us with the same genuine smile and warm welcome whenever we passed through reception. It's those personal touches that make guests feel appreciated rather than just another booking. She consistently went above and beyond, and her kindness and professionalism made our stay feel truly special. While the hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a fantastic location, I honestly believe that the staff are what make RG Village Hotel a genuine 5-star experience. People like Peny and Jaspreet are a tremendous asset to the hotel. Their dedication, professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile create the kind of atmosphere that guests remember long after their holiday has ended. The owners and management should be extremely proud to have such courteous and hardworking members of staff representing their hotel. They are undoubtedly one of the main reasons guests return and recommend the hotel to others. A huge thank you to Peny for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable, and thank you to Jaspreet for the warm welcome and helpful resort tour. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend RG Village Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. We look forward to returning in the future.
