The Food was Good and the Beach was Really Nice. However the Hotel was not the quiet retreat we had expected. It was Noisy with music from speakers inside and outside. Also, the hotel staff made errors on a daily basis which was a bit much. Wrong suitcases were brought to our room, we got a bill for food we had not ordered etc. We had booked a room with seaview but were placed in a basement room full of ants with no seaview. We reacted immediately but had to spend two nights in the basement before we were given the room type we had paid for. Our stay at Eagles palace was extremely overpriced and nowhere near a five Star Experience and we definitely did not leave the place rested.

I cannot speak more highly about this resort! The food ((choice of restaurants) was great. My husband and I travelled with our two grown up children and partners and one baby (21mths) and it catered for all,.. two of which are vegans and the restaurant staff were amazing securung that regular dishes on the menu began Vegan Thsnk you so much! They had a babies club which was run with care and and our felt v confident to leave baby Reggie there on 2 occasions as he was happy to go. The rooms were really good as was the beach and v attentive beach bar staff,.. if you don’t press the button on your umbrella they are watchful and always at hand. It’s impossible to point out any one member of staff because everyone is happy and really pleased to be of service to make your holiday special which they did!! We would love to return. Thank you to everyone.

We had a superb holiday at Eagles Palace. We stayed in a two-bedroom sea-view bungalow, which was perfect for us and the kids (who loved the bunk beds!). The beach and sea are beautiful, and the food on the all-inclusive package was both good, and plentiful. Our children (aged 3 and 7) absolutely loved the Scott Dunn Explorers Kids Club and couldn't wait to get there every morning. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They remembered our names, our room number (!) and even left a personalised card for the children at the end of our stay. It's those thoughtful touches that made such a difference. A huge thank you to everyone, with special mentions to Dimitris, Iannis, Stef, Anastasia, Sotiris, and all of the Explorers Kids Club team. We will definitely be back!
