Tt was so amazing, the entertainment team were genuinely the highlight of my holiday. they were so friendly and the atmosphere was unbeatable. The rooms get cleaned everyday and they have bins scattered all over so you never feel dirty. The only problem i had was i was only there for a week, i could have stayed for a month.

It was really realistic and u can try beat your score the worker is kind and polite and will always help you

Pro's Swimming pool Swimming pools are great as there is a baby pool, a mid height where my 6 year old could stand up and a deep one. They are open till midnight so evenings in the pool are great! No inflatables allowed only the noodles so dont bother taking them. The waterpark area is great for kids and exclusive to the hotel. No issues with getting sunbeds, people do reserve them but they have loads and you can always get them even in August. Rooms/ Cleanliness Hotel was well looked after by groundsmen and the rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard. Air con in the rooms worked well. We had a room around the pool and it was very loud at night with the entertainment going on. Also its loud at night with slamming of doors etc. Animation team Brilliant! Always something going on, pool sports, aqua areobics, kids activities, they do a foam party and colour festival. Evening entertainment is good. We found no issues with the food, it was standard all inclusive but they had theme nights every night so we rarely ate the same thing. Premium brands were mostly included and icecreams, slush for the kids. Con's The hotel is in Albir and to be honest there's not much around. Its feels like a neighbourhood with alot of Spanish people going about their daily lives. The beach is approx 15 mins away but pebble. Benidorm is approx 15 mins on the bus. We did visit aqualandia waterpark for a day out which was a good day out. There are a few other water/adventure parks in the area. The hotel has a massive issue with wasps. I think they try their best with emptying bins often and hosing down in the mornings but they are everywhere. Purely down to people not putting rubbish away and spilling drinks, it was definately their holiday too! You will find yourself queuing for everything. The hotel is very busy in peak season but the staff literally do not stop. We had a great holiday, great for the kids but personally would only return if I got a really good deal purely due to the area and I like to try different places.
