They have a racist receptionist called ANNA at the desk, she has no customer service manners, very impolite and a liar. She forced a woman with a child to pay for a cancelled previous reservation when we had an already booked and paid for a 2nd reservation that was affordable on a different website. She even teamed up with a man called Alex to threaten to call the police on us because we disagreed on how she was treating us. If you are a black person do not go to this hotel, they are low key racists.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Bonalba in Alicante. The facilities are well-maintained, the pool area is nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The food was great as well. A special mention goes to the bartender, Oscar, who provided excellent service and made great drinks. Overall, a solid hotel experience that we can recommend!
