Lovely hotel in good location. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We had a beautiful room with a lounge area, large bathroom and spacious balcony with access from the lounge and the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable. We were in the family building although we were there as a couple. It was quiet and we had a sea view. The only problem was the lifts as they were often not working and we were on the 6th floor which was annoying as we often had to walk downstairs. The pools were nice a bit cold as they aren’t heated. The indoor pool wasn’t open when we were there. We are in the buffet restaurant and the restaurant in the family building. It was quieter and food was made more to order which we liked. We didn’t like the token system for the drinks and there were often long queues at the bars as they didn’t have many staff working. The staff were very pleasant and worked hard. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel.

For the price of the hotel it is very good value and I would go again. Our room in the main hotel block was lovely and one of the best rooms we have stayed in. The animation team are really good and the kids enjoyed the high ropes which is free to book from Friday to Sunday. The Spanish Ala Carte was nice and I highly recommend the squid. You get one free visit if stopping over 7 nights. The second Ocean buffet is smaller but much quieter so we went there most nights, it also has a bar next door. The kids loved playing outside there at night. We liked the quieter part of the hotel but that pool is missing lots of tiles and really needs fixing. It is a €5 and €20 euro deposits for the drinks glass tokens and hotel pool towels. Overall for the price we paid it was great value and I would certainly go again.

Lovely holiday perfect for family holidays, food was great also staff very friendly, loads of drinks and food without any restrictions. I will highly recommend
