I was a guest push club at the Sunrise Diamond Beach Hotel. Everything was truly wonderful—the staff, the sea, and the rooms were all very clean, and the girls in the entertainment team animation were very friendly toward me. Only , there is a man named Gamal on the animation team who acted very strangely; he kept asking me to go out with him, but I always refused. Later, while I was playing volleyball, he caused an injury to my leg. I am certain he did this intentionally because I had turned down his invitations. I truly hope the hotel is more careful in selecting the right people to employ.
We had a fantastic holiday at Sunrise Diamond Beach and came home with so many beautiful memories! From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. Our check-in was on time, our room was clean and tidy, and the service throughout our stay was always punctual and excellent. We really enjoyed the food and the great variety of restaurants. The Italian, Indian, Mongolian, and Egyptian restaurants were all wonderful, and the buffet also offered plenty of delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and we always looked forward to mealtimes! What made our holiday even more special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. You could really feel that they wanted guests to enjoy their stay, and we truly appreciated their attention and care. A very special thank you to Eliana from the animation team! Eliana, you were one of the highlights of our holiday! You were always full of energy, from the early morning until the evening, and it felt like you were everywhere at once! From Zumba and aqua gym to getting everyone dancing, you knew how to bring people together and make everyone smile. You involved both adults and children, creating such a happy atmosphere every day. Your enthusiasm, kindness, and beautiful energy made our holiday even more unforgettable. Thank you for all the fun, laughter, and wonderful moments! We also loved our evening at Tal Avenue, which was a lovely experience and a great addition to our holiday. We honestly had such a wonderful time at Sunrise Diamond Beach. Everything, from the clean rooms and excellent service to the delicious food and amazing entertainment, helped make this holiday truly special. A big thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome and helping us create such lovely memories. We are leaving with smiles, beautiful memories, and the desire to come back again!
