We went as a family for 8 days and we had a pleasant stay. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. It is true that the hotel could use a bit of renovation, but it is very clean. The cleaning service came through the hallways, common areas, and our room every day if we wished (which is not the case in all hotels). Our room was very well equipped with a fridge and everything needed for cooking. We took the sea view and what a joy to have this beautiful view. We found that the hotel was well located, far from all the tourist apartment blocks with a small beach right below the hotel. A few negative points nonetheless: - Poor quality WiFi, we had a good signal in the lounge but not in the room or on the balcony. - We were a little disappointed with the food. Admittedly, the buffets change every day, but sometimes the quality was not up to par. It felt far too industrial. Breakfast was good and varied; however, the fruit juices were not exceptional and the coffee machine was temperamental. Overall, we are still very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel needs some TLC, everywhere is tired, especially the bar and dining room, very dark and uninviting. The food is horrendous , limited choice unless you like chips and nothing is hot infact barely warm!!! We have gone to outside restaurants to eat twice and only been here 4 days. The staff are friendly that's as good as it gets for me. Very disappointed 😢

The staff were lovely and super helpful. Watch outs are the hidden extra costs such as air conditioner, cups for your drinks, for the safe you have to pay a deposit and a charge per day
