Total waste of money no snacks as advertised no English translation at evening entertainment if u call line dancing entertainment full of Spanish pensioners not interested in anyone other than them not child friendly at all will not bother again only plus was hotel was clean
A good walk from the center of Benidorm which was a bonus for us. A 7€ taxi ride into town. The hotel was excellent. I like the layout, there was plenty of space, breakfast was plentiful, though as usual you had to time getting your morning coffee just right or there was a queue. Staff all very helpful and efficient and quickly sorted out a parking space for me. Accommodation very comfortable.
I have no complaint about the hotel but I do about the staff who cleaned the room on the day of departure, I left a bikini hanging on a bathroom hanger and I claimed it shortly after leaving the room and they did not return it to me, it seems to me very bad behavior on the part of the worker, the right thing would have been to have turned it in... I hope it is returned to me, I left on October 16, 2026 and the room was 330... so that the housekeeper is aware...
