Went for 10 nights, 2 adults and 2 children (under 10). Staff are very attentive. The buffet was excellent with so much choice, though some more vegan options would have been a bonus. The pools are great and my children loved the water slides. The staff at kids club were amazing!! Each day my youngest would attend and do the hand crafts in the morning, which she loved. I was very impressed that after just one session, the staff remembered her name the next time she attended, plus they already had observed her likes / dislikes. They offer a great variety of activities during the day and the facilities include soft play, a park, toy room, chill out spaces and table / chairs and trampolines. They also made cookies and did pottery on a turn table whilst we were there, plus there was lots more options which they could have done. Mini disco in the evening was fun, and my children both enjoyed learning dance routines and performing on the stage. The entertainment was great and varied. One night there was a live band (wish I knew their name - I don’t think they were advertised as performing), and the lead singer was amazing, and we all got up and danced. One downside was the noise in the rooms. The design of the building means that where my children slept, they were constantly disturbed by all the noise from the corridors and upstairs/downstairs, as that part of the room juts forward. However overall a great holiday, and a lovely hotel.

We spend a wonderful family holiday in Barut Hemera hotel. It was our 3rd time and we will come back again. I want to outline the outstanding and incredible work of all the staff working in the Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Rooms and territory are super clean and well maintained. Food is just delicious! I also want to mention the personnel of the patisserie especially Mr Yigit, and Mmes Arife and Aslı. Despite a huge demand and guests who try to make an order ignoring the queue, they manage to resolve it in a very polite and respectful way. Huge thank you for your priceless contribution to our summer holiday!

From the immaculate rooms to the spotless public areas, every detail reflects the pride and care that the team takes in maintaining such a wonderful environment. The grounds are stunning and meticulously maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The beach is equally impressive, always clean, well-kept, and a pleasure to spend time on. It is clear that a great deal of effort goes into ensuring that every aspect of the hotel remains in perfect condition. The food at Barut Hemera is absolutely delicious, with an incredible variety available every evening that ensures there is something to suit every taste. The quality, freshness, and presentation of the dishes are consistently impressive, making dining one of the highlights of the stay. The Italian à la carte restaurant is a particularly memorable experience, offering outstanding cuisine and excellent service in a wonderful setting. I would highly recommend booking a table there during your stay, as it is not to be missed. What makes our stay truly memorable, however, is the outstanding service we receive from every member of staff. Everyone is warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. The level of hospitality at Barut Hemera consistently exceeds our expectations and is a major reason why we continue to return.
