I cannot fault this hotel really, its beautiful, clean, very contemporary and the bungalows spacious and bright. The overall aim is relaxation, peace and quiet and to be honest you can almost here a pin drop, no music, no entertainment barely any talking...the hotel and grounds are on a large area so even though the hotel is full it still gives the impression hardly anyone's there especially around the pools, whether this suits you is up to you... The staff are wonderful, nothing too much trouble, special shout out to the girls on reception and the restaurant staff who work tirelessly This hotel is out of the way and you do need to take taxis but they are cheap around 8euros to Maspalomas, Des Ingles or Melanares and the reception will call for one that arrives within minutes. The one and only gripe is no courtesy room...our flight back was late in the day and we were not able to keep our room, the only place to shower was in the public toilets with one shower, no sink, mirror or anywhere to hang anything in the cubicle, no air con and a sopping wet floor all with people wondering in and out and no door on the actual room, I mean come on so poor! Tips...dont bother paying for a roof terrace like us, its so quiet round the pool you won't use it

if you like a quite relaxing holiday this is the place for you its a bit out the way to get anywhere its either a taxis or a hired car which didnt bother us.The hotel grounds are lovely the bungalows are all in a horseshoe shape with about 10 bungalows in each an in the middle have sunbeds when we was there it was very quite with about 50 people.Booking in went smoothly the bungalow its self was very nice you had a terrace at the front an one at the back looking over the golf course you had a fridge a sink an a few knifes an forks bed was lovely to sleep on you also had aircon which wasnt great.The pools were ok but very cold plenty of sunbeds so know worries there as for the cleaners they where fine but started of with big shower towels then they changed them to face towels which aint great when trying to dry or cover yourself an plus the cleaners let them selfs in when the come to clean as there are know signs to put on the front door like most hotel have they didnt change the bed sheets for the whole week we was there but made out they did as i put a mark on one an it was still there when we left we did tell reception but nothing was done. Dont know what the food was like has didnt eat there an the worst thing is they dont have a shower room to shower in when you leave the place you have to have a shower in the male or female toilets with people walking in an out with nowhere to stick your clothes so for a 4 star hotel this is bad we have never had this problem before with 2-3-an 4 star hotels

A real recommendation if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The hotel consists of beautiful, neat bungalows instead of the classic hotel rooms, which creates a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere. If you want to visit something or discover more of the surroundings, a taxi or rental car is advisable. There isn't much to do within walking distance. Nothing but praise for this hotel otherwise. Everything is neatly maintained, the atmosphere is quiet and the bungalows provide a nice, different experience from a classic hotel. Definitely a recommendation for those who mainly want to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation.
