Check in was good, lunch was delicious, the room was large and airy, the bed was very comfortable. Dinner however was a disaster. Barbecue food was available, we ate 5 sardines and 5 prawns between us, which were very good. The chicken kebab was raw and cold. The waitress took it away and brought the same chicken back after cooking for a couple of minutes more. Totally unacceptable, especially as there were pieces of vegetables on the plate which had been next to the raw chicken. We left the restaurant and discussed the issue with reception in the morning. They didn't charge for the chicken, but insisted that we pay for the rest of the meal. We thought a gesture of goodwill would have been to cancel the bill altogether.

Stayed in family suite. Each room has its own external door to outside. Choose hotel for the free parking and proximity to road network and plaza mayor. Nice place to stay BUT first of all when we checked in our room wasn’t ready for several hours after the check in time this was extremely disappointing. We then had an incident, came back to our room after a day out and our door was open ! Thinking we had been burgled or the intruder was still inside, once bravely determined this wasn’t the case , informed reception of this and they couldn’t care less. Most important ask when staying in any hotel is that your room is secure! The next day came back after a day out and couldn’t get in the room , our swipe card access had been cancelled. Again had to go to the reception to resolve. Overall these issues ruined the stay at this hotel and the lack of concern from the hotel staff was shocking
