It has been a very pleasant experience. Upon arrival, Natalia greeted us at the reception with a big smile, very friendly and kind. She informed us about all the Parador's services, dining, pool, beach... You feel very good when you are welcomed in this way... The room was beautiful, super spacious, and very clean... Everything impeccable... In the restaurant, the service is wonderful, very friendly, with high-quality products that are very well prepared. We ordered the creamy rice and it was delicious, cooked perfectly, a dish to remember. And the goat shoulder, what can I say, incredible, very well cooked and presented. The breakfast was very varied and abundant, of a high standard. Thank you for such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel is old and in bad condition. Elevator Were Not working, none of the phones of the rooms were working , despite I advised the front desk , they were never fixed. Room service is not offered. And the hospitality and service at their restaurant and cafeteria was very disappointing .

How can the degradation of this Parador in terms of its services and attention be so bad in just one year, part of it may be due to its scarce staff and their lack of training or experience
