Had to share a review. First time here didn't know what to expect. We booked 5 nights B&B. What a brilliant hotel. Our room was fab floor 2 overlooking pool and side sea view. We did not get the sun... thank goodness. Aircon fabulous 👌 Room spacious beds really comfortable. Small fridge in room perfect for water and some beers etc. Staff outstanding special mention to Hakeem in lounge bar fully airconned. What a lovely guy. Spoke great English got some fab information from him What a credit to the hotel. It's a family hotel it's noisy kids clubs day and night but we didn't mind at all as love to see families having a great time. Bar snack bar great, prices good fab service waiters brought our drinks over to us at times. Nothing was any trouble. We ate dinner twice and it was really good. Plenty to choose from. Staff are so nice nothing any problem just ask. Lifts to floors were fine no long waiting times. Met some lovely people. Got taxi into Torrevieja 9euro.. free bus back Number 08.. pensioners maybe why. No8 bus stops outside hotel to La Mata, beautiful beach..fabulous. Too much to mention but we will definitely be back. Absolutely WORSE hotel I've had the experience of PAYING 1200 for and been treated like 2nd rate criminal's. We are a married couple in our 60s, trying enjoy a break away. We were made to feel like IMPOSTERS each and every time we had a meal WHICH WAS INCLUDED. First morning my husband didn't come breakfast with me, so I made him a roll with salad to bring up room. Well I was ACCOSTED by multiple staff and it was removed from my hands( for them to throw it in BIN!! That night for dinner I gave them the benefit of doubt. We asked for the water INCLUDED and was told 1 moment. The RUDE DISRESPECTFUL STAFF then huddled around and chatted and looking at us. We were then asked our room number WE STILL Hadn't BEEN GIVING OUR WATER by this stage. When I addressed the waitress about it, they were rude and SLAMMED IT ON THE TABLE. making us feel uncomfortable as we did WRONG so that was breakfast and dinner ruined ON OUR FIRST NITE. next morning the slamming water waitress cleaned everyone else's table around us and didn't come Wen we called for assistance. She continued to bang dishes in a mood as if it was DIRECTED at us. This behaviour continued. They asked us every time for our room number even though they were same people and they absolutely knew wat they were doing. I PHOned home to my daughter feeling very upset. She said to tell management. But We FEARED maybe more RETAILIATION mite come our way. As the hotel staff were very clicky. I wasn't GOING TO do this review or go to management BUT TONITE!!! They followed us out to the lobby and stopped out lift AND DEMANDED we pay the money for the BOTTLE OF WATER That's INCLUDED!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FELT THIS CHOKED UP ON HOLIDAY, ANY DESTINATION OR PREMISES. I had horrible sinking feeling all week. And DREADED going to food hall. I'm still in shock that this 2026 some people in costumer service can act like this to PAYING GUESTS. We get on with everyone. We give big tips every time anyone serve or help in all inclusive properties. But THESE! THESE! THESE ARE THE WORSE AND DESERVE SACKING OR HUGE TRAINING. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
