We have stayed a lot previously. We visited this time with our 1 year old son for his first holiday abroad. As per previous visits, the hotel is exceptional. Room was spotless, staff were great, pool system is fair and the bar is good value. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. We will be back next year, it is like being at home but abroad. We stayed at this property for two weeks and could not have made a better choice. Very clean property and rooms equipped with every comfort. I believe the staff is the real strong point: very helpful, always smiling and attentive to every need, and ready to help with rare kindness. For this, I want to thank Simona at the reception who had a moka pot for coffee waiting for us in the room, thank you very much! They really made us feel at home. We booked Club Del Carmen a week before travelling after minimal research but what a great decision we made. Our appartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The sofa bed was a good size and very comfortable. The pool and bar were just right for our needs. We never stressed too much about booking a sunbed and there was always availability if required. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive to any requests. The Whatsapp communication is a great thing! Location was great, just a short walk to the main strip and across the road from the beach with a main bus stop nearby. It's a €15 - 20 taxi ride from the airport so transfers were easy. We would absolutely return.
