⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Home Away From Home – The Best Apartment Stay in Marbella After spending two incredible weeks at BuenaVista, I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable stays I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team made me feel less like a guest and more like family. The staff were beyond exceptional. The front desk team was always warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. Housekeeping was impeccable, keeping everything spotless while respecting my privacy, and management consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. I would recommend BuenaVista to absolutely everyone—whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or with family. It truly offers something for everyone and, in my opinion, is one of the very best apartment accommodations in Marbella. The location couldn't be more perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance: wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful golf courses, shops, and local attractions. One of my favorite discoveries was Pachamama Restaurant, right around the corner. It was the perfect place for delicious dinners, dancing, laughter, and creating friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. BuenaVista gave me so much more than a place to stay—it gave me a sense of home. Leaving was the hardest part of the trip. If you're considering where to stay in Marbella, don't hesitate. We arrived on our first day ready to check in at reception and found no one there! The doors were shut with metal doors over them. We waited a good hour sat outside on the steps with all our luggage trying to call different people and even trying the emergency numbers on the door and still no luck when eventually someone turned up and said they were out cleaning the rooms?! Should there not be someone else doing this and someone on reception 24/7?! This was our first day and we only went for 3 days so we’re annoyed at the wasted time. We got to the room and it was lovely apart from the bath/shower which was covered in hair and dirt presumably from the last people that stayed there. We were also told that if we checked out before 10am to just leave our keys on the table in the room as the doors self locked when you shut them. We did this until we realised that we needed one of these keys to actually get on to the main road out a gate!! So at 5am we were having to climb over the gate with our luggage to get out as we had left our key and the room had locked! Reception doesn’t open till 10am.

I have stayed at this place before in a lovely apartment. Upon arrival my son and I were put in what I can only describe as an old and tired apartment this time. It wasn’t clean with dirt and dust under the beds food droppings down the side of the fridge, so low and behold there were cockroaches! The furniture was dirty and stained and they still expected people to sit on it. No coat hangers, kitchen ill equipped no toaster just bare minimum. We told reception who sent in a cleaner again, all surface cleaning as dust and dirt was still there. Not a place i will stay at again.
