We have loved our second stay here. The staff in the bluemarine restaurant, especially Moaz who looked after us all week, were excellent. The food was always hot, tasty and the restaurant kept impeccably clean. Our cleaner Hamard (room 6218) was really lovely - he couldn’t do enough and so polite. The entertainment team were also excellent. We will be back.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. On first look is nice... but the staff is rude and unwelcoming. The food is really bad all my family got sick, they do not provide sealed bottled water. We barely saw the entertainment staff. One thing to note as well is the tide comes in only at 10pm so you can't actually swim in the see from the hotel beach unless you ready for 5km walk from the beach. The most we got is our ankles wet

So this feedback is probably not just from me, but it's extremely hot in Hurghada, even in the evenings. That's why I don't understand.Why don't you have a 24-hour bar? It doesn't even have to be staffed. There's also a machine where you can make your own drinks, or rather, take them out, and then you can't get any more cocktails. But basic drinks like Coke, Fanta, Sprite and so on aren't available, and the minibar is extremely expensive.€3 for a bag of chips that isn't even full, but just extremely empty – that's disrespectful. That's why it simply ends if you're too lazy to restock the minibar every day. It doesn't take forever, does it?
