The good: the front desk staff and the girls at the buffet were attentive and cordial. The bad: the rest, the room smelled horrible because of the humidity which was even causing the paint to peel off the walls. The housekeeping staff was normal until the maid had the brilliant idea of opening the closet where we had our belongings to take the two blankets and exchange them for two duvet inserts, that is unacceptable, one must think if I am not using the blankets what is the reason for exchanging them for the inserts by touching our belongings, it is absurd, we were not missing anything but it bothered me a lot that she rummaged through my belongings. The food was horrible, I think it is impossible to cook worse, the rice was overcooked and I say hide-and-seek because it was impossible to see any other ingredient in the paella pan. Everything frozen and poorly cooked, the desserts were horrible and it was scary to eat them, especially the custard and the chocolate mousse presented in a large bowl where the customers rummage to serve themselves, which gives it a nauseating appearance. The breakfasts are not spared, hard pastries, horrible cold cuts and only one microwave for all the customers, no fruit etc. The parking garage is scary and smells like pure defecation.... I suppose it is one of the cheapest hotels in the area but it is misleading to see 4 stars, it has at least two too many and it needs a good facelift. My first and only time.

A hotel, well located. The staff, all excellent, but I highlight Laurin more for his great work capacity; it seems like the hotel is his, he is attentive to everything, even if it is not his responsibility to do so, he helps you with whatever you ask him, looking (if necessary) on his phone for the best thing for you; he earns his salary well. (Let them keep that in mind) The cleanliness is very good at the hotel and in Tenerife in general. We are retirees, and for the price we paid, you cannot ask for more. We just finished staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic and our stay there was very pleasant. We got a room with some fantastic views. Although it is noticeable that it needs some renovation. The furniture is very basic and the bathroom has a bathtub, which is much more uncomfortable than a shower, and the worst part is that it does not have a shower screen. It is a curtain. And the water leaked out on us a couple of times. There is no bidet either. It is strange that a hotel does not have one, and the light switches are placed very low and are very old. As for the hotel staff, everyone was very friendly, both at reception and in the cafeteria and dining room. The food could improve and there should be more variety. We are talking about a hotel that has 4 stars.
