Lovely place right on the coast. 98% of the staff were superb. Really welcoming and very attentive. Reception staff really great at customer service and just wanting to help. The lady and gent in blue shirts on front of house for breakfast were just amazing and really helpful, as were all the restaurant staff. Blue bar at a level 5 was a mixed feeling as the waiter with black hair and about 30 ish was grumpy and should not be customer facing. Room maid on level 4 also very grumpy. Overall a fantastic holiday

I had another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel at the beginning of May 2026. There is always a warm welcome at check in with a nice refreshing drink offered. I was assigned the same room as I had before which was lovely, and spotless, as usual. The room is comfortable and facilites well maintained. The food is amazing at all times of the day with plenty to choose from. All staff are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests enjoy their stay. There is lots of daytime activities and the evening entertainers are excellent. The weather on this occasion was not as good as I had expected but there is lots to do in the comfort of the hotel or in the surrounding area. It really is a fantastic place to stay and easy to see why so many guests return and have already booked for May 2027!

Our usual annual AI at Sentido. This year we made sure we checked that it had been recorded that we had paid for the odd few drinks we had outside our AI provision, so we weren't charged any extra when we checked out. Staff, as always, efficient and friendly. Food, as always, varied but could be hotter. The only slight gripe is the entertainment, hence the four rather than five stars. The different acts all seem to be told to sing at least one or two of the same songs. As much as I like Bob Marley's classic Three Little Birds*, I don't think it (and one or two other songs) should be covered by three different sets of singers on consecutive nights. The standard of singing was mainly good-very good, but what I find particularly irksome is a number of acts resorting to chanting "Oggy, Oggy, Oggy" and "Ooh ooh!" during certain songs and again on consecutive nights. It's almost as if they were asked to do it. The other entertainment was well organised, but it would be good if guests could be given the answers to the quizzes. Again, during the 10 days/nights we were there, I think I was the only guest who had conversations with staff/ordered in Spanish. *We even had it when we were waiting to disembark from our return flight!
