The bathrooms are old, and the room service is slow in providing towels for the floors. I also contacted the reception more than once regarding opening the safe, and the response was slow until the next day. The food quality is acceptable, but the drinks lack variety, and there is always a shortage of drinking cups.

We had problems with the room and they moved us, after some complaints. The hotel is 5 stars, but many services are for a fee, like playing billiards, and the rooms have very old furniture. The first room service was terrible, the second much better, even though they were finishing work in the room next door and you could hear noises. The water park was not completely open, there were only 5 slides. Terrible, because I booked specifically because I have children. At lunch and dinner too much noise and little organization for the tables. Terrible, especially the waste of food that is allowed by the hotel. It is shameful. The garden was terrible, there was a boy killing geckos, and I am against that. I own a reptile at home. It is shameful. The person who came to get our suitcases after check-out kept asking for money for tips, and so did the young guy at the beach bar, every day, just for bringing a glass of water; furthermore, he always took away our glasses on the beach, even when they were still full. He kept coming by to ask for tips for free services; I remind you that the hotel is a 5-star. I only compliment the manager Yasser, and the gentleman who was in charge of cleaning our new room. The property has excellent potential, but it is not managed well.
