For a three-star hotel, it was completely fine, and the rooms were very spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I paid extra for a room with a sea view—the higher the floor, the more expensive it was. In the restaurant, absolutely no one speaks English, only Spanish. The location is close to the sea, which is nice. The housekeepers, however, are terrible; they just smeared foreign black hair across the floor with a dirty rag, even though none of us are brunettes—we all have blonde hair. None of the housekeepers speak English either, only Spanish. I had to translate a text for the housekeeper and ask her not to clean our room because she simply takes a dirty mop and smears dirt across the floor. They don't clean the balcony at all. We don't smoke, but there was constantly ash on our balcony. Dust is never wiped down. Under the bed is a nightmare; I even recorded a video, but I can't upload it because there is a photo/video upload limit here. There is a sweet cat at the hotel that sits on the couch on the ground floor, which is a lovely sight. I don't know who was dissatisfied with the food—maybe people were expecting lobsters—but for a three-star hotel, the meals are completely fine. We definitely didn't go hungry. Some reception staff really need to brush up on their German. It is strange that the hotel doesn't have its own hotel guide, so you have to walk to another hotel, go all the way around its grounds, and find a guide who reluctantly pays attention to you because tourists from that hotel are their priority. You feel like a burden to them, even though you paid money and bought several expensive excursions on the spot. It's nice that the hotel has a decent territory of its own, though it's a pity it isn't fenced off, so outsiders come in. However, that isn't a complaint against the hotel. There is a pool, but we never visited it. It is also convenient that there is a small shop inside the hotel on the ground floor, so you don't have to walk far. Overall, the impression was good, except for the cleaning. I asked them not to clean our room, but just to change the towels, because I was not okay with a housekeeper using a dirty rag that transfers hair from other rooms into ours. The floor tiles are white, so if you walk barefoot, your feet pick up all these foreign hairs, and they stick to the soles of your feet. It's disgusting. I asked the housekeeper not to clean because I would wash the floor myself properly so it would be clean and comfortable to walk barefoot. But reception called me and asked why I had put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I had to explain the situation. I'd rather wash the floor myself than have a housekeeper come in and smear dirty rags with someone else's hair all over the floor. It's gross to watch. You need to vacuum or sweep first, and only then mop the floor. I had to wash the floor myself every single day. When I called reception and asked who I was speaking with, they didn't understand me. I had to repeat the question three times, but they didn't answer and just kept saying, "Okay, okay, okay." That wasn't an answer to my question. I realized the person didn't actually speak German, even though when I asked if they spoke German, they said yes. So I had to go downstairs and use a translator app to explain in Spanish why I put up the sign asking the housekeeper not to bother us—because that kind of cleaning doesn't suit me, and I'd rather wash the floor myself. Apparently, reception informed the housekeeper about this, and she was very annoyed. I'm the one who should be annoyed that I came on vacation, paid money, and ended up washing the floor myself! But I just wanted to avoid conflicts. If it weren't for the housekeepers, I would have given it 5 stars. Best regards, Tourists from Germany

Terrible!!!! From the first day, we reported that the shower was leaking water through the shower screen seals; on the third day, we mentioned it again, and on the last day, which was the 9th, it was still the same!!! The toilet cistern was leaking and dripping non-stop. We went down for dinner and ordered two Fantas; what was our surprise? They served it to us from an already opened two-liter bottle, flat, and squeezed... paying €2.50 per glass; there is no service to have anything, not at the pool, nor on the terrace, nor entertainment... you have dinner and you have to go to another hotel to see entertainment and have a drink!!! This hotel is for people who just want to sleep, have a bad breakfast, and go back to the room. Have a worse dinner and go back to the room!!! After noon, the pool is already in the shade... I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Everything was great. I would recommend it 100%. Very friendly staff. 7 nights listening to the sea, with good views of the beach. Half board. Pool.
