Beautiful hotel, 3 lovely pools, always able to get a sunbed. Can’t fault the hotel but the food was not very good (for us were picky). Hotel is no where near anything and hardly no taxis which put a damper on our stay

We are just back from a 3 night stay and it was great! Nothing fancy about the hotel but the rooms are spacious and clean. Big walk in shower, full size fridge with a mini freezer and large balcony. There is a kettle with mugs in the room but no tea or coffee provided. Aircon was good too! The little interaction we had with the staff was always pleasant . Evening entertainment was great for the kids plus there was bingo which had a surprisingly large jackpot of €700! Decent daytime entertainment too which everyone seemed to get involved in. Pool towels are provided for free with a €10 fee if they aren't returned. Food was basic but nice and quickly replenished. All in all for what we paid it was great!

An ok hotel, but not 4 star standard in my experience. Rooms very basic with a kettle, but no tea / coffee etc to actually be able to use the kettle. Entertainment good during the day and evening. Bar / waiting staff (not including the restaurant who mostly seemed good) very slow and seem like they would rather be somewhere else. One day waited over 20 minutes for one person to be served coffees! The pool seems very unhygienic, with a film of oil on the top most days and it needed a good dose of clarifier - my daughter came away with an ear infection. Pool bar drinks service very limited, so you had to go inside to get a lot of drinks when wet from the pool etc. Food was very poor, very small selection of not great food, very few GF options, no alternative milks etc. Air conditioning struggled to get the room cool enough even on the lowest setting. All in all a little disappointing - having stayed in lots of 4 star hotels I struggled to see where all the 5 star reviews are coming from!
