Everything was spotless, and the service was always attentive, particularly from the staff at the pool bar. From the second day onwards, Megahed knew exactly what we wanted to drink and always served up some excellent cocktails. I was very satisfied throughout the whole holiday.

Positive: Food, whether the main restaurant with buffet or the a la carte restaurants, all were very good and included without limit. The staff was, as usual in Steigenberger hotels, very friendly and accommodating. The loungers by the pool were very comfortable and you always found a spot. Negative: The pool bar (in the water) is only very sparsely served, you are constantly trying to find a waiter when you want something, but they avoid eye contact. Minus point compared to other Steigenberger or Jaz hotels, there is no Prosecco included in the all-inclusive, only for an extra charge, incomprehensible, since it is needed for various drinks anyway.

This hotel has set the bar very high, yes its expensive to book but you get exactly what you pay for. You are literally not allowed to tidy after yourselves, return empty drinks to the bar, the staff wait on you hand and foot. As soon as you sit down someone is there to ask if you would like anything or are you ok. The food is fantastic. The local area is very clean and night life outside the hotel is safe. Outside of the immediate area is normal Egypt 🇪🇬. Weve had no trouble from anyone at all. I would like to mention 2 particular members of staff although I could of mentioned all of them. Merna Gerges and Ahmed Hazem in the restaurant, their greeting to us every morning and evening was like going to see friend's. Nothing was to much trouble and our happiness was their soul focus, absolutely fantastic staff, pure life should be greatful for the service. The golf course is a 9 hole pitch and putt but is very challenging. Clubs and course are free, you just need to bring or buy balls. Golf clothes must be worn. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere is chilled and relaxing, 10.30 every night it all goes quiet, apart from us lol. All in all a fantastic 10 day holiday, im not sure how we will cope with looking after ourselves back at home lol. What a fantastic holiday, and no noisy kids 😀 *****
