The welcome upon check in from Mamdouh at the front desk was beyond my expectation and on top of this asking me if am hungry coz I arrived very late. All staff are friendly, smiling all the time, not forgetting our preferable drinks . We care done at the pool like drinks, cold towels plus cleaning service eyewear . Service in this hotel is 10 out of 10 done with love and simplicity. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice entertainment in the evening . A big thank you to Mirna always welcoming us with her cheerful face. Highly recommended hotel for couples. Well done

We had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel is stunning, the staff cannot do enough for you, the room was gorgeous and spotless. Food was delicious, pool was fabulous, spa was so relaxing. We were only here for 4 days, and we honestly wish it was longer. When I am 85 years old, I will come back to this hotel in my dreams. Thank you Steigenberger!
