We had a wonderful holiday at Rixos Premium Belek. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and every restaurant offered a great experience. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially Nebila, for her kindness, professionalism, and continuous assistance throughout our stay. She made sure everything was perfect and always helped us with a smile. Her care and support made our holiday even more enjoyable. Returning after three years, I was slightly concerned that the standards might not be quite the same as we remembered from our first visit. Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about. Once again, this has been the best resort we have stayed at in Turkey. Although we experienced a couple of minor issues at check-in, what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional customer service. Every concern was dealt with promptly, professionally, and to the highest standard. The team genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience, leaving very little room for fault. A special thank you to Mediya from Guest Relations, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She regularly checked in to ensure my family and I were comfortable and happy, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were greatly appreciated, and she is a real credit to the resort. This was our second stay in a Legendary Swim-Up Suite, and I can honestly say these rooms are well worth the additional cost. They are spacious enough for our family of five, spotlessly clean, and replenished daily with everything we needed. On the rare occasion we required anything extra, it was delivered quickly and without hesitation. We have also stayed in the Deluxe Family Rooms previously, which are excellent as well. Whichever room category you choose, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warm, friendly smiles from the staff, making you feel welcome immediately. One of the little touches we remembered from our first visit was the beautiful signature scent throughout the lobby and main building. It’s such a small detail, but it creates a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that stayed with us long after our first holiday. Having stayed at several other resorts in Turkey over the past few years, we found ourselves constantly comparing them to this one, and none of them quite measured up. That made us realise this is where we truly enjoy coming back to. In future, we won’t waste time searching elsewhere—we’ll happily return here, hopefully again next year. The food was another highlight of our stay. Even the main buffet offered an incredible selection, with an impressive variety of high-quality dishes every day. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and catered to all tastes. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent and definitely worth visiting. The evening entertainment was fantastic and created such a great atmosphere around the resort. There was something for everyone, from adults to children, and every evening was enjoyable. Our whole family looked forward to it, and it really added to the overall holiday experience. Finally, I would like to mention Isla at the Lobby Bar (I hope I’ve remembered her name correctly). She worked there every evening and always greeted my children with the biggest smile. They absolutely loved the beautiful mocktails she made for them each night, and it became a lovely part of our evening routine before heading back to our room. She has blonde hair, usually worn in a ponytail, and her warmth and friendliness made a lasting impression on us. Thank you for your kindness—you helped make our holiday even more special. Overall, this resort continues to exceed our expectations. The exceptional service, outstanding facilities, wonderful staff, and attention to detail make it an easy choice for us. We genuinely can’t fault our stay, and as long as the standards remain this high, we have no reason to look elsewhere. We look forward to returning again next year.

Dear Guest Relations Team, My husband and I spent 10 nights at your hotel. I would like to start by highlighting the many positives from our recent stay. The entrance to the hotel is absolutely stunning, and being welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a sweet treat was a lovely touch that immediately made us feel valued. One of the things that my husband and I found particularly unique was being assigned two dedicated concierge ladies, Emine and Mediya, who were available to assist us throughout our stay. They were, quite simply, outstanding and truly deserve special recognition. I had arranged this holiday to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday, and they went above and beyond to help make his day unforgettable. They organised a private cinema screening of the birthday video messages I had collected from family and friends, arranged our à la carte restaurant bookings, and organised a spa treatment (which unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last minute due to a member of staff being unwell). Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were warm, professional, attentive and genuinely cared that everything went well. They are an incredible asset to your hotel, and I am sure many other guests would echo my sentiments. The public areas of the hotel are generally well maintained; however, there are a few details that require greater attention. For example, the gold signage throughout the restaurants was often covered in fingerprints, which detracted from the otherwise elegant appearance. Small details like this make a difference in a luxury hotel. The food in the main buffet restaurant was of a good standard with a wide selection available. However, after several days it became quite repetitive. Introducing themed evenings would add more variety and enhance the dining experience. People's Restaurant was exceptional. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and every member of staff was incredibly friendly. I would particularly like to mention the restaurant manager (unfortunately I did not get his name). He was welcoming, took the time to chat with us, and clearly leads his team exceptionally well. The service there was first class. The à la carte restaurants were equally impressive. Every meal was excellent, and the staff in each restaurant were a credit to your hotel. The 24-hour bar also deserves recognition. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and efficient, and the drinks selection was excellent. A definite 10 out of 10. The location of the hotel is good. Having direct access to the beach is wonderful, although guests wishing to do some shopping do need to take a taxi. The complimentary shuttle bus to The Land of Legends is a fantastic added benefit. Unfortunately, due to my husband's mobility following recent knee surgery, we were unable to take advantage of it, but it is certainly a great feature for guests. Unfortunately, our room did not reflect what I would expect from a five-star hotel. In fact, I would go as far as to describe it as below five-star standard. During our stay I reported a very unpleasant odour in the room on three separate occasions. It smelt either like blocked drains or possibly dead vermin. A member of staff attended and cleaned the drains in both the bathroom sink and shower, and I requested that an air freshener be left in the room. Unfortunately, this seemed to be lost in translation, as English appeared to be difficult for many members of staff. When I later explained the situation to Reception, the matter was still not followed through, which was disappointing. The room itself is in need of refurbishment. The furniture throughout looked tired, including the balcony furniture. The vent beneath the fridge was broken, the bed legs were bent and rusty, and the bedside cabinets were worn and dated. These are not the standards I would expect from a luxury five-star hotel. Housekeeping could also be improved. The rim of the bathroom sink was dirty, coffee stains were regularly left around the coffee machine without the worktop being cleaned, and the shelving beneath the television and mirror was noticeably dusty throughout our stay. Again, these are details that should not be overlooked in a hotel of this calibre. The view from our balcony also requires attention. The area below consisted of stones, overgrown weeds and vegetation that clearly had not been maintained for some time. In addition, the roof of the main restaurant, which was visible from our balcony, had chipped and peeling paint. These maintenance issues detract from the overall appearance of what is otherwise a beautiful property. The swimming pools were excellent, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. My only concern relates to the spa pool. On numerous occasions, children entered the pool and were running, jumping and creating significant disruption, despite this clearly being an area intended for relaxation. I believe stricter enforcement of the rules regarding children is necessary. Aside from affecting guests' enjoyment, there are also potential health and safety implications, and I feel this is something that should be taken seriously. Considering the premium price guests pay to stay at your hotel, I believe it is important that attention is given to these maintenance and housekeeping issues in order to preserve the high standards and reputation that Rixos is known for. I appreciate this is a detailed review, but I hope it is received in the constructive manner in which it is intended. Despite the areas I have highlighted for improvement, my husband and I had an enjoyable stay and made some wonderful memories celebrating his milestone birthday. Most importantly, we would like to once again thank Emine and Mediya. They played a huge part in making our holiday so special, and they are undoubtedly one of the reasons we would happily return to your hotel. Kind regards
