Just back from a lovely week at this hotel. It was great from start to finish. Food ,pool ,Atmosphere,staff,all brilliant. Cleaning team were fantastic rooms and towels clean every day. Location was just a 5 minute walk to the main strip and a 10 minute walk to the lovely Salou beach. Would definitely go back here.

Overall, we had an average stay. There were some positives, but unfortunately several issues prevented us from having a better experience. Pros: * Great location with plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars nearby on the strip. * Only a 5–10 minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. * Rooms were cleaned daily by housekeeping and towels were changed when needed, which was appreciated. Cons: * The rooms felt very cramped, especially for a family of four. There was very little wardrobe space and not enough room to comfortably store suitcases. * The food was quite repetitive throughout our stay. The same dishes often appeared at both lunch and dinner, which became disappointing after a few days. * The pool area was not well maintained. The floors were often dirty and there didn’t seem to be any regular cleaning taking place. A nightly tidy-up, including stacking sunbeds and sweeping/washing the poolside areas, would make a big difference. * The lifts were extremely busy and often overcrowded. On numerous occasions we had to carry our 10-week-old baby up and down the stairs because we couldn’t get into a lift. This was inconvenient and, more importantly, did not feel safe. Recommendation: One small improvement I would suggest for the restaurant is providing plastic cups for children. My 4-year-old was served orange juice in a wine glass, which made me quite anxious throughout the meal as it could easily have been knocked over or broken. While the location and housekeeping were good, improvements to the room layout, food variety, pool maintenance and lift capacity would greatly enhance the guest experience.
