My stay was nothing short of amazing. This hotel truly deserves its 9.4 rating, and in my opinion, it even exceeds it. As an Egyptian, I feel incredibly proud to see an Egyptian brand like Pickalbatros competing with—and even surpassing—many international luxury hotels through its outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. If I had to describe my experience in one phrase, it would be “Attention to Detail.” From the management to every single team member, everyone is genuinely welcoming, smiling, and committed to making every guest feel special. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The swimming pools are excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the resort is absolutely outstanding. The Front Office team deserves special recognition for their professionalism, warm welcome, and seamless service. The restaurants were one of the highlights of my stay. A huge appreciation goes to the incredible restaurant staff and the talented chefs. The food quality easily exceeds five-star expectations—always fresh, delicious, and served throughout the day with excellent timing. The variety of restaurants and bars is simply impressive. My sincere thanks go first to the amazing staff, and secondly to the outstanding management for creating such an exceptional guest experience.
