Hello everyone, i would like to inform you that in this hotel is all about a scam. We arrived at the hotel on the 10 of October and stayed for 2 weeks (2 rooms). Everything was planned to be payed before we arrived we sent 2 emails asking them to send us the link to pay but they replied saying that we are going to pay when we arrived. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was very rude ( it was 2am ) we payed everything by card the exchange rates on the international exchange rates are 0.82 and on the machine from the hotel is 0.88 we payed 6 cent more per dollar in the total they took us 578 dollars more.. no one told us about this exchange rates we tried for 2 weeks to solve the problem we was every single day on the reception trying to know how is it possible that they took us that amount of money but the answer of them was always the same. They told us always that the problem was from our bank but our bank is not connected to the machine of the hotel. They insisted that is not the problem from the hotel or from thr bank that is connected to the hotel. I needed to call my self to the bank because the reception didn't want to call them and help us. The best thing is that you can go to the sister hotel called Aqua vista is 20x better. Only 1 person i can really say that tried to help us is Miss Anastasia, but unfortunately she could do nothing because she is just a regular receptionist. Please make sure when you come to this hotel don't pay by card and check always the exchange rates from the machine. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Amazing time. Not one complaint. Staff were outstanding with us and our child. Food was great, lamb tagine defo our favourite. Rooms and whole hotel was spotless. Indoor pool was great for our 2 year old. Felt safe the whole time. Will absolutely return. Thank you

We (2 parents and kids, 14 and 18 years old) are staying for 8 days at Palace Resort Pickalbatros Hurghada. Neat, clean, and very competent. From reception to gardeners. From bathmasters to service and kitchen brigade. Very friendly staff and good service. They work hard and with a smile to make it as enjoyable for you as possible. They really give you the feeling that you are on vacation. Even the towels at the pool (adults area) are laid out for you. "You are on holiday". ..you get as an answer. On the beach, you are also served on your knees. One nod and later your drink will be brought. The pier where you can go into the sea and immediately snorkel is a bonus! The food is good and for dinner you can choose from several restaurants, Italian, or wok, or just use the large buffet at the Mediterranean restaurant. At breakfast (also set up grandly with a wide choice) you can even choose from 2 restaurants. Something I rarely saw. The a la carte restaurant at the beach club rooftop is excellent!! Book now! That is simple via the Pickalbatros app, à la carte is free. Also a fish restaurant and a Moroccan à la carte restaurant, but we didn't use those. The bakery that is almost open 24/7 according to our idea, you can always go to for a tasty pastry with a delicious cup of coffee. There is animation and they do their best, although we expected more from the evening shows for such a large resort, but nevertheless, you have something to do and see with the daily afternoon and evening program. The pool is big, very big with a separate children's area and the fact that you can use the slides of the neighboring sister hotel is a big plus. There are still a few shops under and in the hotel where you can go for everything and more. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned daily. And this with the biggest smile. All in all... a TOP holiday. And is recommended for everyone. For families with young children to old people who want to enjoy the peace. From young, in-love couples to complete families.
