Our stay had a serious problem. When I plugged my laptop charger into a socket in the room, it made a loud noise and gave off a burning smell. I unplugged it immediately, but the pins were already damaged with visible burn marks. The plug of the room's television, connected to the same socket, had similar marks. We reported it, and a maintenance technician came and replaced a burnt component in the socket, which confirmed the fault. However, when we asked reception about the damage to our charger, the staff member blamed the age of our charger and was dismissive. It got worse: the technician later came to our room, denied having repaired anything, became aggressive, insulted us and slammed our door violently. Being treated this way in your own room is unacceptable.

Hello , just thought I’d leave an honest review from a British family of 5 travellers . Children age 7 to 14. You won’t beat the location if you like to be able to walk into the town ( which is full of shops and restaurants). Lovely Habour and to us we found everyone to be very friendly. The beach is beautiful literally just behind the hotel . Our room was clean , a bright white room with a traditional Spanish finish lots of space . The pool was perfect for my boys as we love to hit the town and use the pool for a few hours. Food was great for us lots of choice . Very tasty and always a fresh grill option too. Siam park was an hour and a half away and we organised via the hotel we loved it. We’re not big on entertainment so that didn’t bother us. If you want a smaller hotel that’s very well located then do book .

This hotel really has good sides and bad. Overall I had a lovely holiday here and considering the price I was happy. Pros - Breakfast was great! Dinner was hit and miss but lots of options! Air con in the rooms was amazing and the beds were super comfy! Local supermarket within 3 min walk. View from balcony was incredible. Room cleaned every day. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, no matter what time you went to the pool. Cons- shower temperature went really hot to freezing cold and when showering a child this was tricky! The pool was closed for over a day due to maintenance. The pool is small and doesn’t allow any inflatables. Staff would close areas off during peak times of the day to mop the floors, this could be done early in the morning before most guests are awake instead of inconveniencing guests. Lifts are quirky, we were level 6 and lift wouldn’t open at level 6. Had to go to level 7 and walk down.
